About Our Products

Are your products certified gluten-free?
Yes! All Skinny Genie products are certified by Coeliac UK and we were awarded “A Gold” Grade by Dubai Municipality Food Safety (less than 2% of food manufacturers in Dubai).

We invested a full in-house ELISA lab-testing facility to ensure every batch is tested to 5 parts per million (PPM): They are safe for people with coeliac disease.

Are your products suitable for coeliacs?
Absolutely. Our products are specifically designed for people with coeliac disease and gluten intolerance. We maintain strict gluten-free protocols in our production facility.

Are your products vegan or dairy-free?
Many of our products are vegan and dairy-free. Check the product description and allergen information on each product page for specific details.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Most frozen products have a shelf life of up to 1 year when stored at -18°C. Ambient and chilled products vary between 3 days to 1 month. Check individual product pages for specific shelf life information.

How should I store your products?
All frozen products should be stored in your freezer at -18°C immediately upon delivery. Some products like ambient wraps can be stored at room temperature once opened — check the product packaging for details.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. We do not currently deliver to other emirates.

What are the shipping rates?

Dubai: Delivery fee: AED 30 | FREE shipping on orders above AED 150.

Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: AED 50 (min. order AED 150).

How long does delivery take?
Dubai: 1 to 2 business days, Abu Dhabi: Monday, Wednesday & Friday only (48-hour lead time). Sharjah: 48-hour lead time.

What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered same or following day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the day after.

How are frozen products delivered?
All frozen products are delivered in Dubai Municipality approved freezer delivery vehicles to ensure they arrive in perfect frozen condition.

What if my order arrives damaged or not frozen?
If your order arrives damaged or not in frozen condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo at info@skinny-genie.com or call 0564118287, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at info@skinny-genie.com or 0564118287 if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
