Yes! Skinny Genie holds Coeliac UK / AOECS certification (CUK-G-145), FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, Halal, and Vegan Australia certification, and we were awarded Grade A Gold by Dubai Municipality Food Safety, a rating held by fewer than 2% of Dubai food establishments. Every batch is tested in our own in-house ELISA lab below 5 parts per million (PPM), well under the 20 PPM regulatory threshold, so it's safe for people with coeliac disease.

Absolutely. Our products are specifically designed for people with coeliac disease and gluten intolerance. We maintain strict gluten-free protocols in our production facility.

Most frozen products have a shelf life of up to 1 year when stored at -18°C. Ambient and chilled products vary between 3 days to 1 month. Check individual product pages for specific shelf life information.

All frozen products should be stored in your freezer at -18°C immediately upon delivery. Some products like ambient wraps can be stored at room temperature once opened, check the product packaging for details.

We currently deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi (excl. Al Ain & Al Dhafra), and Sharjah. We do not currently deliver to other emirates.

Dubai: AED 25 delivery, free on orders of AED 120 or more, no minimum order. Abu Dhabi (excl. Al Ain & Al Dhafra) & Sharjah: AED 40 delivery, minimum order AED 120.

Dubai: 1-2 day delivery. At peak times and on public holidays, delivery may take longer. Abu Dhabi (excl. Al Ain & Al Dhafra): Monday, Wednesday & Friday only (48-hour lead time). Sharjah: 48-hour lead time.

There is no daily cut-off. Dubai orders are delivered within 1-2 days, and delivery may take longer at peak times and on public holidays.

All frozen products are delivered in Dubai Municipality approved freezer delivery vehicles to ensure they arrive in perfect frozen condition.

If your order arrives damaged or not in frozen condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo at info@skinny-genie.com or call 0564118287, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
